Shipping Policy
ORDERS ARE DELIVERED VIA SENDLE COURIER NETWORK AND
CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PO BOXES.
We will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within 3-5 business days from order confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process for metro east coast cities. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
Upon successful shipping booking of your order, Sendle will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, the Courier will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We're sorry but Local Selection only delivers online orders to Australian addresses at this stage.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order is placed, it is too late to make changes. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, see our Returns Policy below for more details.

Refund and Return Policy
Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Local Selection or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help, not hassle. So if you find yourself questioning once you've received your shipment from us, please make contact at sales@localselection.com.au and we'll work with you to make things right.
Buyer's Remorse
Not a problem! If you change your mind within 24 hours of completing the purchase, email us and we will provide you with a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, just ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product. Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.
Received the Wrong Product
While our warehouse team is second to none, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package and we'll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.
The Package Was Broken or Open Upon Arrival
Contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package and notify us of the problem. Please take a picture if you can! We'd like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the shipping carrier about gentler handling of the packages. Please do not dispose of damaged item or packaging until we have been notified and have authorised it's disposal. If it’s necessary to return the item, we will coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. We reserve the right to not re-ship a package and provide a full refund instead if it is determined that the likelihood of the reshipment also getting damaged is significant.

We are not satisfied unless you are delighted with your products. If you have any negative feedback or criticism, please share it with us directly! Every person has a different taste profile, and it is not helpful to share your displeasure amongst our community who have different taste preferences.
